Coal Creek Coffee Menus We are very proud of our European-style café menu designed around our all-hand-made breads and baked goods. The Mediterranean influenced tapas plates and grilled panini sandwiches feature imported Italian meats, premium cheeses, slow roasted vegetables, delicious spreads and other wonderfully tasty morsels. Innovative entrée salads come in large and small plates. Homemade soups represent a wide range between traditional favorites and gourmet creations with world-wide influences. All our foods can be enjoyed at any time of the day and are a satisfying accompaniment to our coffees and tea.
