We are always accepting applications at our Coal Creek Coffeehouse locations. Positions include barista, head barista, morning baker, afternoon baker and head baker. Moving up in the ranks is a promising possibility for motivated workers with a strong positive attitude. Baristas and bakers can achieve positions of supervisor, assistant manager and retail manager. While espresso and baking experience is helpful, we have an intensive training program for new staff.
