Our current offering from the Sidama region of Ethiopia is a naturally processed, grainpro stored, fruit-bomb. Intense blue and red fruit notes overtake the senses in this cup. Just remember its only coffee.

African coffees are difficult to come by lately, and we are very pleased with our latest offering from the Gatubu region. Lofty acidity, rich toffee-like mouthfeel and crisp, orange and yellow fruit notes. Finishes with exuberance.

We roast it to a light / cinnamon profile which enhances the tangerine and toffee-life nuances.
