This exceptional coffee comes from the hard working and rightfully well-known Hacienda La Minita in Costa Rica. This is our only coffee offered through a direct relationship with the farm, and many of our employees have traveled to Hacienda La Minita to witness their exceptional work ethic first hand.

Farmers have attempted to produce the perfectly balanced cup, one that combines all of the ingredients that a classic cup should contain: sweet aroma, full body, great acidity, and delicately clean aftertaste. This coffee truly has it all and shines with every brew method we've tried. Even at this light/medium roast, La Minita shines as an espresso.
